Every service we arrange is personal, but there is always something especially touching when we look after a mother โ€” someone who was the heart of a family, a source of love, guidance and comfort that can never be replaced.

We work closely with trusted local florists, celebrants and suppliers, and weโ€™re familiar with the practical arrangements that need to come together quietly in the background. That local knowledge allows us to anticipate things before they become worries, and to guide families gently through each step.

We've made a change. From now onwards, when a family comes over to collect their loved one's ashes they will be presented (unless we are asked otherwise) within our beautiful floral display. We've found it can feel very cold to present loved one's ashes in a container or a bag provided by the crematorium, so this is just one of the changes we're making to ensure that process feels gentler going forward. ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŽฉ
