As a reminder I offer treatments innky@home and on a mobile basis in and around Whyteleafe and surrounding areas. I am also based in Epsom at NewLife Feriloty clinic on Mondays - you don’t need to be attending the clinic to book in with me for reflexology.

Hot lemon and honey tea can only mean one thing - yep I’ve been knocked out this week with a cold. Not shown in the pic is the mountain of tissues I have gone through and the echinacea I’ve also been taking. Is there any tried and tested remedies you swear by for a cold?

Not quite the start back I was hoping for in 2025. So grateful to my lovely clients who have been very understanding with cancelling appointments this week. Very much looking forward to getting back to it next week instead and seeing what 2025 brings me with clients and treatments.

❤️ National Fertility Awareness Week 2024 4.11.24 - 08.11.2024 ❤️

Many are going through fertility issues right now; 1 in 7 couples face fertility issues and so it’s likely that you know someone going through this or are going through this yourself. My heart goes out to you if you are going through this. It’s a rollercoaster ride and a club that no wants to join and can feel like the loneliest club to be in.

When I was going through fertility treatment I was so lucky that I had people around me that had also been through it and we supported each other. Not everyone is this lucky though and that’s why we need to do all we can to raise awareness. I’m so pleased that Fertility Network UK are using this week to raise awareness on the impact Fertility has on mental wellbeing.

After a wonderful year in the Neal’s Yard Graduate clinic, Notting Hill I’m sad to say that my time is coming to an end at this clinic. My last day of treatments will be on Monday 8th July at Notting Hill Neal’s Yard. Appointments are still available but going quickly so please book in as soon as possible if you don’t want to miss out.

I’m so grateful to Neal’s Yard for this opportunity which has given me so many wonderful experiences and the team at Notting Hill Neal’s Yard are just amazing. My clients have all been so wonderful and I am so thankful to them for trusting me to help them with their needs. I’ve enjoyed meeting so many lovely clients and will miss you all.

Although I am sad to be leaving Neal’s Yard, as they say when one door closes another opens and I have some very exciting news for where you will be able to find me in future 👀 so keep your eyes peeled for my next update.

As most of my clients are aware my dad sadly passed away last week and I’ve been closed since. I have been in touch with all my clients to reschedule their appointments and have responded to all enquiries, but please do bear with me if you get a delayed reply from me.

🎉 Exciting News Alert! 🎉

I’m thrilled to announce that I am now officially qualified in Reproflexology, specializing in infertility reflexology! 🌱💫 I actually qualified a little while ago but just haven’t had the chance to post about it because I’ve been too busy giving treatments 🤣 This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to support individuals and couples on their path to parenthood or in dealing with reproductive issues. In particular my two case studies who I am honoured let me treat them - you know who you are ❤️ One found me as they were embarking on their second round of IVF treatment and the other wasn’t trying to conceive but had some reproductive related issues they needed support with.

Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges or simply seeking holistic wellness, I’m here to offer personalized care and support every step of the way. Let’s embark on this journey together! 🌸

Mother’s Day was always a day I found so hard when we were going through our rollercoaster of infertility investigations and then IVF. This picture sums up so well all the emotions so much better than I could ever hope to express.

I’ve been super quiet on here for good reasons! It’s been really busy with treatments both at Notting Hill in Neals Yard and around the local area. I’ve met lots of new clients and been giving treatments to support with stress, fertility issues, feet issues - neuropathy in feet, Plantar Fasciitis, sleep disturbance, mental health concerns and addiction. I’ve loved being a part of each clients journey and seeing them walk out of their treatment more relaxed.

I’m looking forward to what March will bring. Each month and season brings something a little different and I’m really looking forward to the flowers blooming but for the moment I’m so proud of how the Hellebore I planted is doing this year. Every morning I see it gives me a little glow of satisfaction. What are you looking forward to with the changing season and months? ❤️

Happy New Year! It’s not too late yet to say that is it? 🤣

I’m back to reflexology treatments properly this week and back at Neals Yard in Notting Hill today. Feels so good to be back though I did enjoy the break over Christmas and New Years.

This time last year I was slowly building up my little business learning firsthand just how hard being self employed is! Being chief reflexology therapist is the easy part it’s being chief marketing and Finance and everything else that is the hard part. However never did I dream this time last year where I would be now seeing so many lovely people each week at Neal’s Yard in London and in my local area and seeing the difference that Reflexology is making to their lives. I can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for me and Helen Tsui Holistic Therapies - stay tuned ❤️❤️
