🤍 To the person who is pregnant, we’re so happy for you, we can support you with sleep, energy, nourishment, and feeling your best through this incredible stage of life and beyond.

💪 To the person who is strong, built, and fitter than before 👌🏼🙌 congratulations. Let us help you build more muscle, increase endurance, and recover properly.

🌙 To the person navigating menopause or major hormonal changes — of course see your doctor. But if you want more energy, less bloating, better memory, and better sleep, we can support you with that too.

🌱 To the young person who feels invincible and thinks nutrition doesn’t matter yet, NOW is the best time to build habits that protect your future health. Prevention is powerful.

Losing weight IS NOT hard…

oh yes… I said it… (put down your pitchforks peeps!)

here’s the thing… You’re just making it way more complicated than it needs to be.

Most people aren’t struggling because they don’t know what to do, they’re struggling because they’re trying to do everything at once, 💯 perfectly, with huge restriction, with no plan, no support, and no consistency and no community to lean on.

Here’s the truth about losing weight 👇
✅ A nutrient rich, calorie deficit (most of the time)
✅ Protein + fibre to keep you full
✅ Move your body regularly (doesn’t have to be a marathon, just get off your bum and get moving )
✅ Sleep + hydration (they matter so much more than you think)
✅ Repeat it long enough and
“taa daaa! 🤗”

That’s it…

No fantastical over complicated meals, No starving yourself till you’re so miserable you want to kick puppies 😠
No “good” or “bad” foods.
No cutting out whole food groups 😱
No Monday start again culture.
No “on or off” the diet.

What is hard is:

❌ being inconsistent
❌ quitting after 3 days because the scale didn’t move
❌ trying to wing it when life is busy
❌ doing it alone with zero accountability
❌ kidding yourself that you’re “sticking to plan” but nothing is working (truth bomb :- you’re not sticking to plan guys or it would be working)

Weight loss becomes simple when you stop chasing perfect and start chasing repeatable.

Even 80% effort done consistently beats 100% effort done for a week then abandoned.

Back on track after Christmas and new year 👏💪🏼

Christmas doesn’t “ruin” your results, it’s the staying off plan afterwards that does. 🎄➡️💚

The key to success isn’t being perfect… it’s about getting straight back to your normal routine as soon as the celebrations are over.

Because every time you reset:

✅ you rebuild momentum
✅ you stop a few days turning into a few weeks
✅ you prove to yourself you’re consistent (not “all or nothing”)

So if you’ve had a few extra treats, drinks, late nights… no drama. No guilt. No “I’ll start Monday.”

Make your Next meal, next day, next choice, be the one that takes you back on plan. That’s how results happen. 💪✨

Who are we?

Who are we? We are Andy and Sarah, a normal couple with two kids, a dog called Oscar and a cat called Bruce and a passion for health and fitness. What we do is simple, we help people feel amazing!

Based at our Nutrition Club Mission Nutrition in Wickersley, we help people from all over the UK and the World to an easy solution to being healthier and happier. We have helped 1000's of people to lose weight, improve energy, improve sports performance and generally feel amazing! ​ We understand the importance good nutrition but also how hard it can be sometimes to eat well. With the pressures of modern living, it’s easy to fall into the trap of skipping meals, running on empty and living on quick, unhealthy processed foods. We more than anyone understand how hard it is for busy people to find the time to eat well and stay on top of their health and nutrition. We are both from a corporate background and have both had our struggles with our weight and health in the past but we found a solution and 9 years ago we decided we wanted to share that with others. So we got off the hamster wheel of long hours, stress and minimal quality time with each other and our kids and started our Mission Nutrition business to help others just like us to better health and we’ve never looked back! We now get to do what we love every day. It’s our mission to 10,000 people get healthier and happier and we love what we do. We’d love you to join the Mission Too!
