I am based in Wickford therefore the prices are variable due to distance and time.

9am to 5pm £30 Wickford.
6pm to 8pm £40 Wickford.

9am to 4pm £35 Basildon, Billericay, Rayleigh, Benfleet, South Woodham Ferrers, Stock.

9am to 4pm £40 Burnham, Maldon, Southend, Chelmsford, Tilbury.

For any other locations please ask for a price.

A Reflexology Treatment takes from 40mins up to an hour.
After a treatment a moisturiser will be applied to the feet to make them feel nice and soothed.

MIGRAINES and HEADACHES

Almost all of us suffer from headaches at some time, and about 6% of headaches can be called Migraines.
Tension causes about 90% of headaches. Severe headaches that recur are known as cluster headaches. A migraine is a severe, throbbing pain that usually begins on the side of the head but may affect the whole head, and attacks can last for hours or days and may be preceded by warning signs.
As a Reflexologist, I've been successfully treating sufferers of migraines for 17 years. I have learnt through my case studies that the problems doesn't just involve the head, and that many migraines are triggered via hormonal history & activities, and diet issues.
Many sufferers take painkillers and hope for the best, yet when the problem subsides then suddenly the whole world seems a better place and all is forgotten until it emerges again, but this is not the answer!
With the correct approach, Reflexology can re-balance the body systems to stop migraines and headaches from occurring, or at least to stop them from happening frequently.
I treat my clients with Reflexology sessions, and assess the history of that person, their environment, and the diet. I provide some simple but effective advise to follow so that the body has the maximum chance of boosting the immune system thus bringing the body into balance as a whole, which in turn will prevent the migraines and headaches from recurring.
