I've struggled these last few weeks with working(still soldiered on) after less movement and eaten silly amounts, I got to a point Christmas day where I couldn't move my neck, lack of exercise and over indulgence and helping others was my downfall, I tried cupping myself and other techniques but couldn't quite get to the spot on myself, over the last few days I got treated with massage and chiropractic release, wow its worked. Which im very grateful for! Bring on normality with our everyday movement and work please!

Hi everyone it's been a while 👋 had lots of family matters to attend recently but I'm back with you guys, I'd like to tell you about a massage treatment I do which stimulates bowel movement, I know alot of us suffer with bloating and constipation and it seems to be a taboo subject, but let's face it, we all need to fart 💨and poo 💩regularly.
