Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul, helping to restore balance and enhance overall wellbeing.

Classes are either to 1-2-1 or very small groups at a date that suits you.

Happy New Year!
For some it’s been a tough year (including me) but it’s about the lessons that we learn from that. We go through these times to make us stronger and teach us about ourselves. Self care is not about being selfish, we all need to do this to allow ourselves to be the best person we can for ourselves and for others.
