We’re excited to share some big changes coming to Personal Choice Carers at Home…
Starting tomorrow, all carers will be required to:
🕺 Perform a short dance routine before each visit
🎤 Sing at least one song of the service users choice during care
🧦 Wear odd socks at all times for “morale boosting purposes”
🐶 And… bring along a “support pet” (goldfish included!)
We believe these updates will definitely improve wellbeing and bring lots of smiles… right? 😄

Nutrition & Hydration Week Recap 💧🍽️
At Personal Choice Carers at Home, we’ve really valued taking part in Nutrition and Hydration Week.
Our carers have been supporting service users with nutritious meals and regular drinks, while also taking time to sit, chat, and share these moments together. It’s been lovely to see both our service users and staff joining in, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere around mealtimes.
We were also delighted to have one of our care assistants grandson taking part, bringing extra smiles with his healthy snack plate!
We are so proud of our team for the care and compassion they show every day, and grateful to our service users for making these moments so special 💜

We are an independent, family run agency who through personal experience saw the need for a return to the old-fashioned principles of care.
We understand how overwhelming it can be when first starting to look for care for a loved one. Having been through this experience we are here to give you the support that you need to have peace of mind that when you cannot be there, we are providing the care that you would expect for your loved one.
We offer a wide-range of services enabling us to tailor-make a care package with your needs uppermost, creating the personal touch for you or your loved ones. Services are flexible to the needs of each client. These can include personal care such as assistance bathing, dressing, eating, day-to-day housework, shopping, and companionship to enable you to carry on living the life that you choose to live.
As we operate locally we have knowledge of the immediate area, and what’s available for people in their community. So we are able to provide good advice based on your family needs, and unique requirements.
Through regular meetings with you and your family, your care package will be regularly adapted to meet your changing needs, to make you feel happy that the highest possible standards of care will be provided at all times.
