This is a funny illustration of what might be going on inside as baby grows. I mention this when talking about breathing exercises. Regular practice helps calm and relax you and get the oxygen flowing.Understanding how lungs can find a little extra space to expand into with breathing and visualisation. This can help maintain lung capacity, as we may find ourselves a little shorter in breath in later stages due to lungs giving up some of their space.
Breathing techniques have so many benefits not just during pregnancy and labour, but in day to day life too.

So lovely to be back at the pool last night.
Literally as I arrived and opened the gate the sky flashed and rumbled a welcome back. Then as I walked round to the pool the clouds burst. When I opened the back door to get equipment I was greeted by a wonderful double rainbow.
Those who know me know I love a storm, and I love rainbows and of course water.
What a welcome back and what a lovely first Friday class. ⚡️⛈️🌈💦🩵

Aqua Yoga is back on its new day starting next Friday 29th August.
Class time is 7.30pm.
Have some you and baby time, relaxation, breathing techniques and some gentle stretches and movements with the support of the water.
Can’t wait! Water is my happy place. I have been standing in Lochs and Rivers this summer as I miss the pool. ❤️

The class day is changing to a Friday!
Monday becomes my new Sunday (my day off). So Aqua Yoga is changing to Friday evenings from September. What a fantastic way to end the week and start the weekend. Some gentle stretches and movements with the support of the water, and all the other lovely benefits, chatting and laughing and most of all - floating relaxation.
There are spaces to join us so please message or e mail me for info.
If you have attended my classes in the past please share with anyone expecting.
