What happens when you hit target with Slimming World?

You become a free member who can keep coming to group for support at no cost (Provided you stay within 3 pounds either side of your target. If you slip out we help you quickly get back in)

Meet Jane and Dave who, between them, have lost over 6 stone!! As you can see they are loving life, enjoying fab holidays whilst making good choices and feeling fitter and more confident. They are both active and Dave started running again and recently completed his 100th Park Run!!!

If you come and join my Thursday Slimming World group at Miracle House on the Wick at the 4.00 session, otherwise I have more sessions at 5.30 or 7.00 where you will meet equally inspiring members.
