We’re looking for an additional proactive Health & Safety Supervisor to join our team and support ongoing works on our Transport for London (TFL) contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be working alongside our existing staff to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

🔑 What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out regular safety tours and site inspections
• Supporting staff with safety compliance and best practices
• Monitoring and recording quality checks
• Driving a positive health & safety culture across the team
• Ensuring all activities meet regulatory and client requirements

• Proven experience in health & safety supervision (ideally within construction or infrastructure)
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification (or equivalent)

🚨 Heroic Response at Woodford Station 🚨

Last week, one of our operatives faced an emergency situation that few are ever truly prepared for—discovering an unconscious person on the street near Woodford Station.

Without hesitation, our operative sprang into action: performing CPR and using the station’s defibrillator in a brave attempt to save a life. Despite their valiant efforts, the person tragically did not survive.

While the outcome was heartbreaking, we stand immensely proud of our operative’s courage, quick thinking, and professionalism in such a critical moment. This was a true example of duty, compassion, and the importance of emergency training.
