I'm excited to be offering a Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat Day at Melchet Court.
Date: Saturday 9th May
Time: 10:30 - 16:45
Venue: Melchet Court, Sherfield English, SO51 6ZR
This Day retreat has been created to move you into a more calm, centred place of peace through the practice of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and sound healing.
What to expect
🌿 Two hours of yoga, breathwork & meditation with Lou
🌿 Delicious vegetarian lunch
🌿 One hour talk on Ayurveda with Vicky Bedford
🌿 Vedic Rounding Session with Lou (an ancient technique to prepare for meditation)
🌿 Relaxing Sound Bath to close the day
What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is an ancient Indian Holistic Medical System developed around 5000 years ago. It is part of 'The Vedas' (books of knowledge) and means "Science of Life." Ayurveda promotes a healthy and content body. Its aim is to maintain a human being's true health in mind, body, emotion and 5 sensory functions. This is applied through food, herbs, yoga, massage and lifestyle. In summary, Ayurveda aims to support a long healthy life.

Melchet Court is a beautifully tranquil place, perfect for yoga. We have the entire venue to ourselves for the day. The grounds are breathtaking and offer a deep immersion in nature as well as some much needed space. (Pics below)
The day is in exchange of £90 - The day includes lunch, herbal teas, water, snacks and a Bliss Box filled with goodies to take away.
