Be kind to your spine 💓

Most backbends compress the spine to create the shape.

This one does the opposite. The hammock supports the extension fully, so the spine gets length and space instead of load.

Intervertebral space opens. Disc pressure drops. The hip girdle releases.

The shape looks the same. What's happening inside is completely different.
