Face Behind The Brand:

Hi I am Mark, I am Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist, with the BPS. Together with my wife, Kathy, we run Eastup Psychology.

I have been involved in sport since I was a teenager, when I played Rugby League competitively, as well as other sports socially.

I come from a small town in Cheshire and my journey in sport psychology started back when I didn't sign a professional contract as a youngster. From there, I have devoted my career to supporting individuals who may face some of the similar challenges that I once faced.

My pathway has led me from studying Sport Science in college, to Sport Psychology at uni, before completing my Masters, and now I am venturing through an accreditation process which will end in becoming a fully qualified Sport Psychologist.

In my spare time, I love sport in all forms- spectating and playing. I also enjoy listening to music, going to festivals, being outdoors, snowboarding and spending some well deserved time with my family.
