🔹️Hip & Knee Rehab🔹️
A few clips from some of the exercises I did yesterday to rehab my hip and knee after falling off a horse 😅
The first exercise is the back squat, followed by RDLs and lateral step-ups.
All exercises are working on hip and knee strength and stability. I kept the weight much lighter than usual as I didn't want to overload following the injury!
