As we reach the end of let’s take a moment to think about stress and how it affects us.
It can make us - sad, angry, frightened or overwhelmed.
It can cause us to - withdraw from others, make poor choices about food, drugs and alcohol, think badly about ourselves.
We can help ourselves by - writing down our concerns, being outdoors, talking to friends and family, and finding 5 minutes during the day to breathe and relax.
If you are feeling the negative effects of stress, please reach out - don’t suffer in silence.
There are many organisations that can offer support and advice.
