Exciting opportunity for parents in Halton Brook area in Runcorn!!!

Are you a parent or carer of a child aged 2-11 years?
Join us on our ‘Being a Parent’ drop-in session to find out about how to understand and manage your child’s emotions, use positive parenting strategies and how to look after yourself as a parent!

‘Being a Parent’ programme is helping parents to learn practical communication skills essential for navigating everyday challenges and nurturing confident, happy and cooperative children.
Sessions aim to empower parents to share experiences, learn new skills and practice these alongside other parents. Each session is delivered by two Parent Group Leaders (PGLs).
Our course covers a range of topics including:
• understanding children's emotions
• fostering quality time through play
• managing behaviour effectively
• discipline strategies
• enhancing listening and communication skills
• coping with parental stress

‘Being a Parent’ (BAP) drop-in session
starts Friday 10th of October 9:30am-11:30am at Halton Brook Children’s Centre in Runcorn.
