I’m incredibly lucky to do the job I love and to be part of everyone’s journey for the past 15 years.. I do my job to the best of my ability, but when a member writes in to head office to say how they love group and then a card through the post from the district manager to thank me has absolutely made my week💕

I do question my self.. have a done enough, do I give enough/too much support .. I can’t change me… just Kate doing the best I can 😚

Now I’ve got your attention 👀 Greggs !!! A Slimming World consultant in Greggs.. it’s a true story.. sat killing time waiting for my son to finish school.. just a coffee for me .. but I could actually stay on plan with a vegan sausage roll if I wanted… ❤️

It’s not about being perfect it’s about consistency.. I keep trying my best.. 100% committed… go to group as a member every Thursday.. learn, take all the positives away and always remember why I’m there … believe in yourself 💕 we have the best plan out there 🌟

Could of easily said ‘I’ll not bother, gym is closed’
No time, make time.. here I am in the local pasture doing my 3 lap run.. is it easy, absolutely not, but it’so worth it

My treat over the weekend… Slimming World is about learning new healthy habits, at the same time getting involved in your usual day to day family life.. and this was me while the house has chocolate on every corner..

Busy day today.. starting the day with a 3lb loss at my Slimming World group 🎉 absolutely buzzing.. ending the day at the gym and seeing one of my posters on reception thank you Halton leisure for your support and of course one of the lovely receptionist whom is a member of mine for putting it there 😊

Great session, with great gym staff and I ran 10 minutes none stop .. sorry just had to share 🌟
