What a lovely morning.. 62 members walked through the doors.. whether it was gaining awards, pressing the reset, getting in the next number down, chipping away, you did it! You braved it.. and I’m super proud of each and every one .. and I get to do it all again tonight at 5pm or 6.30pm.. join us? 🎄

The Christmas music is on.. the heating has been boosted 😆 the Christmas jumpers are on.. and we had a room full of members.. loads of support given around the festive traditions.. such a lovely group and I get to do it all again tonight and tomorrow night

Can’t believe this happened this morning.. the mindset changes we need to make are making a comeback, the healthy choices are back… am I perfect? Absolutely not.. but I’m doing my best, I’m staying in my lane 😘 and I’m super proud of me ❤️

I run 6 slimming world groups.. but I find the time to commit to being a member too on a Thursday morning… it’s my time 😉

Off out to my slimmingworld group in a short while.. it’s my hour, my hour to focus on the week ahead… making time it so important.. we can all say I don’t have time to get to group.. BUT we have to make time, your worth it ❤️
