Vic's Therapy and Supervision I am an integrative counsellor & supervisor with 10yrs experience. I am here to walk alongside you adapting my way of working to meet your needs

Working with men & women offering a supportive and confidential space for you, to be listened to & accepted. Counselling offers an opportunity to talk to someone who isn't involved in your life. As an integrative counsellor I don’t believe in one size fits all and to meet your individual needs I will adapt my way of working. You will be respected, listened to and accepted, while helping you explore your feelings and emotions. I will not judge you or tell you what to do, however you are in the driving seat and I will support you to work through any difficulties you may be experiencing at a pace most comfortable for you. I am committed to supporting you to the very best of my abilities and for this reason I undertake regular professional development and I regularly attend supervision to aid good practice. I am an accredited counsellor registered with the National Council of Psychotherapists and I hold an Enhanced DBS .

11yrs ago today i sat in front of my first client…. Nervous…. Anxious….. and thinking i was going to harm…… and thought what am i doing, i cant do this

11yrs on and i still feel little butterflies when i sit in front of a new client but i absolutely love what i do and wouldnt change it for the world 💚 feel the fear and do it anyway, u’ll be amazed at what you can achieve 🥰
