I just wanted to say a big sorry to anyone who is waiting for a reply….
I thought it might be easier to just do a post to keep you all up to date 🩷

Anthony has been seen by the surgeon who done his operation & he is happy with the physical progress he is making!

We will be forever grateful to that surgeon as there was a point we didn’t know if Anthony would be able to walk again!
So while he is no where near where he wants to be in his recovery this is the best outcome!

We have been told that the next 2 years are crucial for his recovery as after that time there will be no more change!

We are 6 months into his recovery now & as you can imagine we are throwing every single thing at it that we can!
I want us to be able to sit back at the 2 year mark & know we tried everything we could!

Unfortunately his bladder & bowel were significantly affected by this condition so every single day at the minute is different we seem to have good days then terrible weeks!

However he’s working alongside Southport Spinal Rehabilitation so we’re just trying to navigate this new little way of life just need to take each day as it comes 🫶

But for now I’m just focusing on the good days & doing everything I can to help get Anthony through this!
Honestly the strength & determination this man has shown is incredible!

Thank you so much to everyone we’ve got surrounding & supporting us along this journey!

On those days that are overwhelming & we worry about what’s to come your love & support really helps us!

13 weeks ago I hosted the most magical & amazing self love day 🩷🫶

I held space for wonderful ladies to come together, heal & connect

I put my heart & soul into this beautiful day & we honestly had the most magical day….

Sitting with these women was one of my most proudest moments watching them all come together and open up, most importantly putting their needs first 🫶

Unfortunately an hour before the end of the day I received the most horrendous phone call which little did we know would change the last 3 moths of our lives!

If I’m truly honest I would say I’ve blocked out that day and the days after due to the sheer amount of trauma I’m holding on to which going forward is something I need to work on!

But I wanted to acknowledge the day & the work these beautiful souls done because I was so proud of them all on that day 🩷🫶
And to say a massive thank you to them for allowing me to hold space for them!

But most importantly I wanted to say thank you to these ladies for also holding space for me when I received that phone call!
I honestly felt like I had an army behind me holding me up & giving me the strength for what was coming next!

I will be forever grateful that you were all there by my side that day and that I had filled up my own cup that day in order for me to be there for Anthony over the last 3 months!

For now things are still up in the air and uncertain & we are just going one day at a time….. but what I am certain about is that I am surrounded by so much love & support to be able to work through the next part of this journey 💫

Just a little thank you to everyone who has reached out to us 🫶

Myself, Anthony & Teddy are so lucky to have amazing people around us!

We’ve been inundated with messages, doorstep deliveries of food, flowers, cards, cakes & treats for Teddy 🐶

We can honestly never thank you all enough!

At the moment things are still the same with Anthony he’s still needing 24 hours care so please bare with me while I take this time to support him 🫶

I just wanted to let you all know how much we appreciate your love & support along with all the kind messages I’ve been reading them all to Anthony & he too says thank you!

I won’t lie & say it’s easy because our life atm has drastically changed but I’m so grateful to be surrounded with amazing people 🩷

I’m so sorry to anyone who has messaged & not received a reply- please know I’ve read every message & appreciate you all more than you ever know 🫶💜

Unfortunately our life atm has completely done a 360 & Anthony requires 24 hour care to help with his rehabilitation!

This is going to be such a long slow process & we won’t know the outcome of the surgery and the damage to the nerves for up to 2 years!

For now we are just taking it one day at a time and dealing with the issues on a daily basis!

My main focus at the moment needs to be Anthony & his recovery meaning I don’t have a return date for work unfortunately!

It’s just impossible for me to think about returning to work when he needs me so much!

Anthony has been accepted onto a rehabilitation spinal unit so hopefully we will start to see improvements soon!

I apologise to anyone who is waiting for an appointment hopefully when I know more I will be able to keep you all updated!

We have some amazing people supporting us on this awful journey that I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for I don’t know what we would do without them!

Thank you again for your messages, offers to help & your support it hasn’t gone unnoticed!

I want to start by saying a massive thank you to everyone who has reached out to offer support to myself & Anthony!

We have been inundated with messages & offers to help which has not gone unnoticed, I am sorry if I haven’t managed to get back to everyone!

Also thank you to everyone who has messaged about Teddy… he is at his nanny’s and loving spending time with his family but he is missing his daddy terribly 😢

Anthony’s recovery is going to be a long slow process so ultimately things within my business will have to change a little bit!
My main focus needs to be on Anthony at the moment!

As soon as I have a plan in place I will keep you all updated!

Again thank you all so much we are so lucky & so blessed!

Hi everyone unfortunately Anthony was rushed to hospital resulting in major surgery.

As you can imagine this is an extremely difficult time, he’s currently in the Walton centre & we’re not sure of what the next few weeks hold for his recovery so were just having to take it day by day.

Unfortunately this means I’m having to take some time off while we deal with this!

I absolutely hate to do this but Anthony needs to be my priority.

As soon as I’m a bit clearer on the situation I will keep you all updated!
