After visiting Scotland recently, I realised how overwhelmed my senses were.
They take in so much.
Noise. Screens. People. Comparisons.
So I finally uploaded a short free sense-led practice I recorded recently.
10 minutes of gentle closed-eye movement for the spine and hips.
Followed by 10 minutes of guided relaxation exploring the senses and the nervous system.
Suitable for all levels, absolute beginner to teacher.
No flexibility needed.
No 'perfect' shapes.
Just a small pause from the noise for 20 minutes.

This 20 minute practice focuses on the 5 senses. Working the hips and spine, using gentle movements that can be done in bed or on a yoga mat, followed by a ten minute sense-led relaxation. Can be done daily.
