A bit wind blown but we did it!! 🏃‍♂️💨🍃

We took the first steps on the couch to 5k journey last week and enjoyed it!!

It’s not too late to join us tonight, meeting in the community living area on the middle floor of Chandler house at 5.50pm ready to leave at 6pm.

Regular exercise offers significant physical benefits, such as maintaining a healthy weight, strengthening bones and muscles, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, stroke , type 2 diabetes and some cancers.
Mentally, exercise can improve mood, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, boost energy levels and promote better sleep.

Or Join the ladies that walk the couch to 5k…..you will be made welcome!❤️🙌🏼
