Let’s hear it for Anne, our Diamond Member 2025, who is shining brighter than ever 💎!

At her heaviest, Anne weighed nearly 17st (108kg) and had been overweight all her life. She says she’d become so unhealthy, she hated who she saw in the mirror.

Now, at 82, she’s maintained her incredible 6st 2lbs (39kg) weight loss for 14 years ✨. Anne found the unbeatable success, acceptance and support she was looking for in her local Slimming World group ❤.

In her words, losing weight has truly set Anne free – and that’s thanks to the support she received from Slimming World.

💛 A dream I can’t let go of ...💛

I’ve found what feels like our place.
Right in the heart of Wigan (25–29 Library Street) a space I can already picture full of creativity, laughter, paint, a place for people to feel safe and belong.

It could finally give Let's SHAPE Our Creativity CIC a home.

✨ By day – coffee (or a brew!), art, family space, sell local creatives makes, wellbeing and connection.
🌙 By night – music, bar, events, exhibitions, creativity and community.

The building goes to auction next week (14th), and I’m doing everything I can to find a way, social investment, local support, community pulling together... whatever it takes.

It might seem like just a dream, but I believe in it with everything I’ve got.
I’m enquiring in all the right places for investment, but I’m also asking our community to pull together... to share this post, spread the word, and keep this dream alive.

Because there might just be one person out there who can help make it real. 💛
