🍊 Sweet orange essential oil is known for its sweet, vibrant, uplifting aroma and is derived from the outer peel of the fruit through a process called cold pressing. The bright, cheerful scent of sweet orange is believed to aid in reducing the effects of everyday stress by promoting relaxation and enhancing mood. This fresh, Sweet, Tangy, citrusy scent is the perfect boost!

9 Crystals to Empower Women this International Women’s Day

It’s true that there are so many stones that can support us as we move through our daily lives, but as we celebrate International Women’s day I’m going to share some of my favourites for supporting and empowering women…

1. Moonstone

When thinking of stones that embody female empowerment and energy you can’t go past Moonstone! This stone is known for is strong connection to the Divine Feminine and can help us all embrace our feminine energy within. Moonstone is also believed to strengthen intuition and bring internal balance and harmony.

Want to know more about this powerful stone?

2. Labradorite

Strength, balance and support – Labradorite is the Stone of Transformation. Not only does it give us strength and perseverance is also grounds us and helps relieve anxiety and stress.

I believe Dumbledore said it best when he said “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of time, if only one remembers to turn on the light” – Labradorite is this perfect reminder of this light within the darkness.

3. Pink Opal

Pink Opal is the stone of self love and healing. This stone pushes us to look within and strengthens our connection to our inner self. Pink opals gentle energy and vibrations assist us in releasing our stress and worry while remaining calm and centred.

4. Citrine

Nothing radiates a more positive energy than citrine!

Known for is ability to bring joy and abundance Citrine is commonly used for manifesting wealth and success, Citrine is a must in your workplace or wallet.

Because of its joyful energy citrine is helpful in releasing depression and balancing emotions.

5. Amethyst

One of the most popular stones worldwide and for good reason, Amethyst has a soft but powerful energy that helps relieve stress and irritability and balance our moods. Amethyst is a known sleep aid (so great for keeping next to your bed or under your pillow) and is believed to activate our spiritual awareness and physic abilities!

6. Amazonite

While this stone is strong and powerful like the Amazon River and Amazon Women it’s named for, Amazonite is a stone of peace, truth, harmony and communication.

Amazonite helps to soothe emotions making it easier for us to communication, for this reason it is commonly known as the “Peacemaker Stone”

7. Kunzite

The “Stone of Emotion” Kunzite is deeply connected to the heart and actually help open the connection between heart and mind, helping to ease troubled emotions.

Kunzites soft energy is believed to open your heart to better receive and reciprocate love.

8. Lepidolite

One of the most lithium rich minerals in the world, lepidolite is, in our opinion, the best stone for soothing anxiety. Lepidolite encourages positive thought and helps create an emotional balance, because of this lepidolite is believe to receive PMS symptoms.

9. Flower Agate

Inspiring Flower Agate is the perfect blend of Feminine and Maternal energies that both comforts and grounds us. This stones gentle and nourishing energy protects us from our fears and casts away our doubts as it pushes us to reach our highest potential!
