💚🪵🔥 What a way to finish for the year... today's session was full of pure connection, creativity, calmness and celebration for the return of light and each other ✨

🥾🍰 The next Mindful Meet up - Billinge Hill will be a little more active than the last few times, but there is still opportunity for cake of course at the Billinge Bakehouse 😋
If you would like to start the year with a fresh lovely walk in Nature with like minded people, the details are below:
💚Free to attend. * Drinks and cake optional after the walk, to be purchased individually.
💚Meet time and spot will be in the Banks car park, which is free, the address is: Bankes Park, Billinge, Wigan WN5 7HR.
💚This will be a slow and meditative walk, with plenty of pausing to spot glimmers and opportunities to breathe and take in the beautiful scenary.
💚No booking required, just turn up x

🪵✨Post Edit: The free places are now gone sorry✨🪵
Due to a cancellation, the person has kindly gifted 2 free places for this Saturday's Treelaxation - Winter Solstice Celebration in Crooke.
We shall be spending time inside crafting yule decorations, chatting with yule cake and hot drinks, pausing to reset and recharge then welcoming the winter sun with a little drumming, followed by a nature meditative walk to the altar to light our candles and our yule log....which I just noticed today is shaped like a heart at one end - a sign that we are loved 🤎

🌸🌿 Absolutely loved this mini mindful workshop today....Our focus was to release any expectations or pressure and instead to embrace inner peace 🩷 Thank you all for today, your company, creativeness and self compassion was all very contagious and much needed!
This was the last crafty mindful workshop I'll be running for a while and will be ending the year with the Treelaxation - Winter Solstice Celebration next weekend...it's been a wonderful year of mindful moments, thank you all for your support 💚

🫖🎄Today's focus was simply to indulge in cake and tree hugging 😁 But mainly to just meet up with lovely folk and feel connected.
I'll be looking to organise another mindful meet up in the new year, with a walk up Billinge hill finished off with a lovely piece of cake and brew at the Billinge Bakehouse ...more details to follow soon 💚
