Check out this transformation 👀

Meet Teg, she’s a former shortlisted slimmer for our Woman of the Year Award and has lost over 10 stone with The 1:1 Diet.

As a mental health nurse, Teg knew how to care for others, but when it came to her own health and mental wellbeing she was well and truly neglecting her needs.

“I was lacking control in so many areas of my life but there were a few things I could control, which included seeking support for my mental health and my weight! So, I approached my GP, who suggested medication and therapy, and I started The 1:1 Diet.”

Be like our gorgeous slimmer Helen 👏💛

Helen has now lost an amazing 9lbs in just 3 weeks on plan with us — plus a fantastic 5 inches ✨

And this week definitely wasn’t an easy one…

Life threw a few curve balls her way, but instead of giving up, Helen powered on 💛

And now she’s so glad she did 👏

This is exactly what we always say — life will always happen, but it’s how we respond that makes the difference ✨

Great things take time so no need to rush it especially when you are struggling.

You can only do what you can do. Anything is better than nothing.

It’s always better to approach things at a pace that you know is sustainable.

Take it one day at a time, one meal at a time.

Forward is forward no matter the speed.

Have you considered going up a Step or 2 when struggling?

Adding some extra healthy calories doesn’t slow things down, it does the opposite, it helps keep you on plan.

Always remember the fastest Step is the Step you can stick to!

One of the biggest mistakes people make with weight loss?

Trying to “out exercise” their food.

But the reality is… it’s very easy to eat a lot of calories quickly, and much harder to burn them back off again.

That’s why getting the food side right matters so much.

A clear calorie deficit, simple structure, and knowing exactly what you’re eating will always make the biggest difference.

Exercise is brilliant for your health, mindset, energy and fitness — but weight loss really starts with what’s happening in the kitchen.

Sometimes we don’t need more complicated plans…
we just need to get back to basics.

Simple meals.
Better routines.
Consistency.

That’s exactly why The 1:1 Diet works so well for so many people — it takes away the guesswork and makes staying in a calorie deficit much easier 🤍
