🚨 Mercedes AdBlue System Sorted! 🚨

We were recently called out by a local garage after every aftermarket tool failed to perform the required AdBlue resets on this Mercedes. 💻❌

Armed with our genuine Mercedes-Benz dealer tool – XENTRY, we carried out a PCM software update and performed the correct SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) resets, allowing all the warning lights to clear as intended. ✅

To finish the job properly, we used the official AdBlue fill function to ensure the SCR system was accurately filled and recalibrated – no guesswork, no shortcuts, just the correct dealer-level process. 👨‍🔧🔧

🚙💨 Ford Ranger DPF Saved!

This Ford Ranger came to us suffering from repeated DPF warnings and poor performance. The culprit? ❌ Incorrect oil dilution reset procedures following servicing.

When the service interval and oil data aren’t correctly reset in the ECU, the engine management system assumes the oil is heavily diluted with fuel. That stops regeneration cycles from completing — leading to rapid soot build-up and a restricted DPF.

Using our genuine Ford diagnostic suite (FDRS), we first corrected the service interval data and verified no other underlying issues were present. Then, using our fully mobile two-stage chemical DPF cleaning system, we carried out an on-vehicle clean to safely dissolve and flush the soot and oil contamination.

The result? 🔧
✅ Restored DPF flow
✅ Stable backpressure readings
✅ No warning lights
✅ Engine performance back to normal

Once again, another blocked DPF rescued on-site — no need for expensive replacements or downtime!

🚗🔧 Ford Focus Diagnosis – P0036 Heater Circuit Mystery Solved! 🔧🚗

This Ford Focus came to us with the EML illuminated and a P0036 code (HO2S2 Heater Control Circuit) logged.

👉 First, we confirmed the heater resistance was within spec.
👉 Next, we dug deeper – carrying out advanced testing on the heater circuit, carefully monitoring PWM control signals and current draw using our PicoScope.

📊 To our amazement, the captures were flawless – no anomalies, even right at the point the ECU decided to flag a fault!

Digging further, we found a PCM software update available. Using our genuine Ford Diagnostic Suite (FDRS), we carried out the update and retested the system.

✅ After 30 minutes of continuous monitoring – the fault code never returned. The Focus was back on the road with confidence restored.
