Hello, I’m Paul, founder of Namaste Wellbeing and a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a deep commitment to helping people live pain-free, mobile, and balanced lives — whether you're recovering from injury, training hard, or simply need to relieve tension built up through everyday life. I bring a comprehensive, integrative approach to each treatment, blending advanced clinical techniques with a holistic mindset. Alongside sports massage, I specialise in Pre- and Post-surgery Lymphatic Drainage, supporting clients through vital stages of recovery and healing. I’m also extensively trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, offering natural methods to ease pain, stimulate healing, and promote vitality from the inside out. To further enhance results, I incorporate a range of modern and evidence-based therapies, including:

While this may feel like just a booking for you, this is my livelihood, and I kindly ask that you respect both my time and the work I put into my business.

Deposit or Full payment will now be required at time of booking. If no payment is received within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled.

Appointments can be rescheduled once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or further changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full payment will be retained. This policy applies equally to both cancellations and rescheduling.

This policy is in place to keep things fair for both clients and myself — as a small business, last-minute changes directly affect my livelihood. Thank you for understanding and respecting this.
