Here are a few quick tips to help:

1, Use toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth

2, Avoid brushing too hard (your gums will thank you!)

3, Try to skip super cold drinks and sugary snacks

4, And if it’s been a while since your last check-up, we can take a look and help calm things down

Halloween treats are great 🎃🍬 but let’s protect those smiles now it’s over!

This doesn’t mean that the kids (and adults 😉) can’t continue enjoying treats… we just need to protect your teeth too!

A few small habits make a BIG difference:

• drink water after sweets (helps wash sugar away)

• avoid grazing constantly on leftover sweets, have them in one “treat time” not all day and ideally alongside a meal.

• brush twice a day for 2 minutes with fluoride toothpaste

• floss daily (sticky sweets LOVE hiding between teeth!)

These healthy habits can help undo a LOT of Halloween mischief 😄🎃

We get it… life’s a juggle! Between work, school runs, appointments, kids, and everything in between, finding time for yourself (and your teeth) can feel impossible.

So we’ve been busy behind the scenes… prepping, planning, and setting our alarms extra early 😴 The hair might not be brushed, the under eye bags might be a little more visible, but our smiles? Still just as welcoming 😁

Starting next week, we’ll be offering appointments from 6:30am–5:00pm every Wednesday.

And from 6th September, you’ll see even more early starts added to our week, because who needs sleep anyway, right? 😅
