This photo was taken the day my little girl was born. She’s six now.

Back then, I was in a physically abusive and deeply unhappy relationship. It’s hard to even put that into words — but time does help. Healing isn’t quick or neat, but it’s possible.

I’m sharing this for anyone who needs to hear it today: things can change. You can rebuild.

TalkFIRST helped me when I felt completely lost, and they still do to this day. They gave me space to talk, to understand, to breathe again.

Now, I’m proud to say I’m a trustee — giving back to the organisation that helped me find my voice. 💛

🌈 Toucan Toddlers at Sunshine House! 🦜👶

We had such a brilliant time at our very first session – little ones playing, learning and laughing together (the pics say it all 😍).

✨ The best part? Our next session is happening this Thursday – and it’s totally FREE!
