You’re not alone - come along to our free education session to find out more about managing your arthritic joint pains!

Join us on Monday 18th May 2026 for a FREE Managing Hip & Knee Arthritis Education Session, delivered by one of our First Contact Practitioners. 👩⚕️👨⚕️

🕚 Education session: 10.30am – 12:30pm (arrival from 10.15am)
