Our Community Link Worker team can help anyone 18+ to find the right support with any social issues that are affecting your health and wellbeing, for example:

๐Ÿ social isolation๐Ÿ˜Ÿmoney worries ๐Ÿ“šeducation ๐Ÿ’ฐ benefits and welfare ๐Ÿ’ผ unemployment โค๏ธbereavement

They can spend time with you looking at what changes you would like to make, the steps that you need to take and services that can help you reach your goal.

No appointment needed, please just drop-in to the session.
