We’ve got two relaxed drop-in information sessions coming up in our community café in Platt Bridge:

👥 For parent/carers of young people aged 18+

🔵 For any bookable sessions please contact The Family Hub Mornington Road on 01942 488246 to secure your place.
🟢 Places are currently available for Let's Talk with Your Baby, Baby Massage & Mummy Movers. To book a place at either location, please ring The Family Hub at Mornington Road on the number above.
🟡 Drop-in sessions do not need to be booked. You can just come along and join in.
🟠 Please note, this timetable may change, so please check our page for any last minute changes before attending any sessions.

🏉 Is your teenager stuck for something to do in the evenings?
🏉 Keen to meet new friends?
🏉Want a safe space with fun activities to do with their friends during Winter?

If so, get them down to the Family Hub at Clifton Street Community Centre. We have the fab coaches from Wigan Warriors working in partnership with us to deliver Youth Sessions for young people aged 11-16, rugby skills and lots of other activities or just a space to chill out with friends. Sessions are FREE.

TalkFIRST work with children, young people, parents and families to open up the lines of communication through supported conversations. By working together, families can reduce conflict, improve understanding, and build happier, calmer home lives 💛

✨ Talk First work includes:

• 1:1 work and family sessions
• Supported conversations and mediation
• Support and advocacy for children and young people

Families who work with Talk First feel they understand each other better, feel less stressed, and are more confident communicating at home.

The new way to order ADHD prescriptions in the Wigan Borough has gone live and will fully change over from the 1st January. Please see information leaflets below from the WWL ADHD nurses.
