🏉 Anti-Bullying Week 2025 — Monday 10th to Friday 14th November 🏉

This year, the theme is “Power for Good” — encouraging everyone (kids, adults, bystanders) to use their strength to speak up, support others, and make kindness louder than harm.

Bullying thrives in silence. This week, let’s make some noise — on the pitch, in the stands, and in our community.

🏉 What “Power for Good” means for us

🏉 Speak up
If you see something hurtful, say something (in a safe way). Be the teammate who steps in.

🏉 Support others
Reach out to someone who might be feeling alone — a word, message, or gesture can make a difference.

🏉 Create safe spaces
Whether on social media, at school, in the changing rooms — aim for environments where everyone feels respected and heard.

Far too often, men are told to “be strong,” “tough it out,” or “keep it to themselves.” But real strength is found in honesty, vulnerability, and asking for help when you need it.
