Another great new review in. New client stated she has seen over 30 therapists for her shoulder problems. Her shoulder blade had started to wing out (stick out in the wrong place). Each time she went to the may different physios she would get diagnosed with something different each time and given exercises to do. She came to see me and we got it sorted.

Client in last night for an emergency appointment. They were sat in a&e in excruciating back pain which was radiating to multiple areas. He decided to leave hospital and come to me instead. Hes woke up today feeling amazing. If he had stayed in hospital he would still be sat there or gone home in same pain.

You sweat more than wearing a weighted vest and high heels whilst on the stairmaster. Come try it out at . Im just doing a 30min session at 55 celcious.
