A little bit different, but this is one of the biggest reasons why I do what I do, so I wanted to share a few things that have helped me and still do.
It’s typical me all over the place, ADHD brain in full swing but that’s me, and I don’t have the time or energy for perfectly polished videos 😆 Everyone has their own story, and this is just a tiny bit of mine. Hopefully it helps someone. If you’re struggling, asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do ✨
