Our stars just keep shining.

Today in sensory group, our stars had a fantastic time making chocolate brownies and they turned out absolutely delicious.

Everyone enjoyed exploring different textures, mixing ingredients, smelling the chocolate, and of course tasting the finished brownies. Activities like this help build confidence, communication, teamwork, and sensory awareness in a fun and engaging way.

We are so proud of all the amazing effort and smiles today.

Another gorgeous day for our Sensory Stars

We started the morning rehearsing our singing and sign language for Beauty and the Beast, lots of focus, teamwork, and a touch of magic!

In the afternoon, we headed to Three Sisters for a peaceful stroll around the lake, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the fresh air.

A fantastic day all around, well done, everyone! 💛👏

What a truly fantastic day we’ve had!

Both of our sensory groups came together for a wonderfully relaxing spa themed experience. The morning was spent in our beautifully refurbished sensory room, where everyone enjoyed exploring the calming, immersive lights.

There were some brilliant moments of teamwork and turn taking as the group practised their hairdressing skills washing, styling, and even learning how to create the perfect blow dry for their friends!

To finish the day, everyone unwound with a soothing massage, leaving us all feeling calm, happy, and refreshed.

A special day full of new skills, relaxation, and lots of smiles 💙

Sunshine, smiles, and sensory adventures!

Our sensory superstars made the most of the gorgeous weather today with a fun-filled nature walk, exploring every sight, sound, and texture along the way. From rustling leaves to open green spaces, there was so much to discover!

After all that exploring, it was time to refuel with a lovely picnic, lots of laughter, chatting, and enjoying time together in the sunshine.

Days like these are what it’s all about, fresh air, friendship, and fantastic memories. We’re so proud of our amazing stars! ⭐💛

What a wonderful day our sensory group have had.
It’s been fantastic sitting by the patio enjoying the sun, while working hard on our signalong and messy exploration.
As usual, we completed a clean up before lunch, working on our independent living skills.
We followed on with an afternoon of music and pampering.
Laurie requested to be the hairdresser today, and she did a wonderful job washing and blowdrying Louise’s hair
The motor skills she used doing this task benefited Laurie’s movement greatly ❤️
You did a great job Laurie 💗
