APPRECIATION POST!
As many of you have already seen, one of our patients attended for a routine appointment on Thursday last week. They confided in us about some recent struggles and made a post to thank us.
We just wanted to thank each and every one of you for all of the lovely comments on the post! We are all extremely humbled, grateful and above all, PROUD!
Whilst one patient was opening up, another patient over heard and also gave some good advice and pointers for Andys Man Club. This was nothing short of amazing, our patients coming together as one little (Big) family!
We have a very established list of patients and because of this we feel our patients are friends first, then patients second.
Following on from this we would like to be a place of safety for ANYONE! Although we are in the very early stages of planning, we hope to host a 'feel good' hour each month where all friends/patients are welcome for a good cuppa, a biscuit (dont tell Joe) and a chin wag!
We will post details in due course.
Our practice would not be what it is if it wasn't for our patients. Each of you make our working life wonderful and fulfilling.
