🚨 Missed Appointments (DNA) Update for December🚨
Here’s a breakdown of DNAs across our services:
🔹 Nurse – 37 missed appointments
🔹 Phlebotomist – 50 missed appointments
🔹 Healthcare Assistant – 13 missed appointments
🔹 GP – 35 missed appointments
🔹 Physio – 10 missed appointments
🔹 Advanced Nurse Practitioner – 1 missed appointment
📉 Total: 146 missed appointments compared to 159 in November
Please inform us if you can’t attend. Your support helps us offer appointments to those who need them.

SCAM Alert ❗️
The practice have recently had an advert on Indeed for a receptionist vacancy at the practice, sadly an applicant has been contacted by fraudsters stating the applicants needs to make a payment for pre-employment checks and requesting further personal information relating to social media accounts etc. . We would like to confirm this would never be the case, so please do not provide your details to any such requests. We would always contact applicants directly and never require any payments.
