Now that the colder months are creeping in, doesn’t mean the need for SPF is no longer.
SPF is an essential every day use. There is no better way of protecting your skin other than using SPF daily!

The autumn/winter month may cause the skin the become drier than usual, so switch the routine up and include a more intense hydrator such as a rich moisturiser such as the Alumier Recovery Balm or HydraRich moisturiser. You could also include a hydrating serums such as Alumier Ultimate Boost Serum to give that extra plumpness.

Now is a good time to start to consider re-introducing retinol products.

But remember- SPF is a non negotiable!!

Hair transplant cycle ⬇️

The first 2 weeks is all about heeling. Scabs will form and start to fall off. Activities and strenuous exercise should be restricted within this period to prevent complications.

At 3 weeks, the hair will start to shed (this is completely normal). This is a sign that the hair follicles are preparing for the new growth.

Around the 4 month mark, you will notice new hair appearing.

The full effect of the hair surgery will be visible from around 10-18 months post surgery.
