1️⃣ Find a quiet space with no distractions - be fully present 🤝
2️⃣ Listen without interrupting and ask thoughtful questions 👂❓
3️⃣ Ask how you can help - it might be booking a GP appointment, helping with chores, or just being there 🫶

📱 Remember: social media isn’t always real.
Feeling low? It’s OK to log off. It’s OK to not be OK all the time.
Less screen time = more time to breathe, reflect, and reset 🌿💚

💙💜Baby Loss Awareness Week💜💙

Today marks the start of baby loss awareness week, where we come together to honour the little lives that we lost too soon. We dedicate this week to raising awareness, and supporting family’s.✨

The week will culminate in the global at 7pm on Wednesday, 15 October, where everyone is encouraged to light a candle in memory of babies who have been lost too soon. 🕯️

Do visit our reception area where we have a display with lots of resources to signpost you to local and national resources. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have experienced baby loss and would like further support.

What a day!

Thanks to all those patients who attended our first flu clinic of the season = Total 292 vaccinated 💉

Our nurses also carried out BP checks, blood tests, vaccinated other jabs due and other outstanding checks to save patients attending again 👏

Well done our Nursing and Patient Support Teams despite some initial IT issues at 7am this morning 🙈.

Who is Eligible?

⏺All over 65 year old (including those turning 65 before 31st March 2026

High Risk Groups for Under 65's include:
⏺If you are diabetic
⏺If you have asthma or COPD
⏺If you are pregnant
⏺You are a carer
⏺If you are a immunosuppressant or live in the same household as someone who is
⏺If you have coronary heart disease
⏺BMI over 40
⏺If you have learning disabilities
