For Health Coaches or anyone looking to further their studies and education, the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) are holding an online open day this Saturday 29th November to provide feedback on their BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy course.

**Solution to stiff, achy legs**
No one enjoys that stiff, achy feeling in our legs, whether it is due to a sedentary lifestyle or following an intense workout.

Our hamstrings, quads, and knees are crucial to movement - they endure a significant amount of daily stress and are some of the most active parts of the body.

Tight or overworked calf muscles can pull on knee joints, leading to stiffness and pain.  This type of pain is often localized behind the knee or along the lower leg.
