Post Ultra marathon treatment yesterday on Sunday following Katya’s finish in the early hours of the morning. Well done to my client Katya, an Ultra Marathon runner who’s completed her 5th 50 miler + at the weekend in 4 months. A rest for a couple of days and then on to the next challenge.

Well done to one of my client for completing the Bolton Half yesterday. Gary completed it just over 6 hours. Post event treatment today to get his legs and back ready for his work again tomorrow and to get back in training for his full Ironman Leeds.

Post treatment today for my Ultra marathon runner Katya.
Katya finished her 56 mile ultra in Scotland in 17 hours beating last time she did it by an hour. Well done, that’s 4 ultra marathons done out of 5 this year to get them done in a calendar year and get an extra medal for doing 5 out of 5 ultras.
