🌕✨ On this beautiful moon day I’m sharing something simple but powerful… water 💧

Water is the foundation of the body. Every cell, every organ, every energetic system depends on it. If we are intentional about what we eat, what we breathe and what we absorb energetically, then it makes sense to be intentional about what we drink.

Distilled water is water returned to its purest form. It is gently boiled into steam and condensed back into liquid, leaving behind dissolved solids, heavy metals, chemical residues and fluoride. What remains is clean H₂O 💧, without the added load.

Within spiritual and holistic communities, the pineal gland is often regarded as the seat of intuition, the third eye 👁️✨ It is widely discussed that fluoride can accumulate in the pineal gland and contribute to calcification over time. Calcification is associated with dulling sensitivity and inner awareness. For those of us who actively work with intuition, frequency, vibration and energy, protecting that clarity matters.

We are advised to use only a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste because excess fluoride is not recommended. Yet when fluoride is present in drinking water and we consume two or three litres daily, plus tea, coffee and cooking, exposure becomes ongoing and cumulative.

For me, that raises a simple awareness about overall intake.
Distillation removes fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceutical residues, microplastics, agricultural and industrial contaminants, and mineral buildup. At a time when water systems are openly reported to contain sewage discharge and environmental pollutants, reducing what enters our bodies feels aligned and responsible.

Spiritually aware living is not about fear. It is about consciousness 🌿

If the body is a vessel for intuition, healing and higher awareness, then keeping that vessel as clear as possible is an act of self-respect.
For me, distilled water is about reducing accumulation, protecting clarity and honouring the body as sacred geometry the living Merkaba ✡️✨

Clean water 💧
Clear mind 👁️
Aligned spirit 🌙✨

Remember to replenish your minerals with Celtic Sea Salt.

Blessings

⚠️ We all know one or two “fully qualified” after a six-hour course 😅 apologies for bleep word..

It made me giggle… but on a serious note, please be discerning about who you trust with your mind, body and soul.

Sound healing, energy work and nervous system regulation are powerful modalities. They can support trauma recovery, chronic illness and emotional wellbeing, but only when held safely and responsibly.

Where accredited training is available, it is worth asking why someone has not chosen that route.

Yes, training takes time.
Yes, it requires investment.
And no, most of us are not masters overnight.
Depth matters. Ethics matter. Accountability matters.

Harte & Soul - By Stacey, completed a full year of structured training through an established, recognised CMA accredited College of Sound Healing. Ongoing supervision and continued professional development remain part of the commitment.

On a serious note:
Mastery is not a weekend certificate. It is daily practice, humility and responsibility

Starting your day with a lemon turmeric ginger and bovine tea can be an excellent ritual for well-being. Each ingredient in this tea offers unique health benefits that can set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Lemon is renowned for its high vitamin C content, which supports the immune system and aids in digestion. It also has detoxifying properties, helping to cleanse the body and promote a fresh start. Turmeric, with its active compound curcumin, is celebrated for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It can ease inflammation and improve overall health. Ginger is another powerful ingredient known for its ability to soothe digestive issues, reduce nausea, and enhance circulation. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that complement those of turmeric.

The addition of bovine components, like collagen, can further enhance this tea's benefits. Collagen supports skin health, strengthens joints, and promotes a healthy gut, contributing to overall vitality.

Together, these ingredients create a powerful blend that not only kickstarts your metabolism but also boosts your body's natural defenses. Incorporating this tea into your morning routine can help you approach the day with a sense of balance and readiness, aligning with the holistic practices of Ayurveda and ensuring you start each day on the right foot.

I add a sachet of 14g bovine gelatine natural collagen ... x

⚠️ 📢 🚨 Sound healing is a discipline that requires ongoing professional development, reflection and collaboration. ⚠️📢🚨

Harte & Soul - By Stacey remain committed to continuing training wherever possible, recognising that learning evolves alongside emerging research into sound, frequency and nervous system regulation.

Regular connection with tutors, mentors and fellow accredited practitioners allows for shared best practice, ethical discussion and continual refinement of skills.

This approach reflects the standards seen in established therapeutic sound fields supported by organisations such as the British Association for Music Therapy, where sound is applied responsibly alongside healthcare and psychological support.

Sound healing is not a quick solution but a long-term professional commitment, increasingly recognised for its role in supporting people across the lifespan. If applied properly it can support individuals from cradle to grave. Its proven to be able to support sufferers of chronic illnes. stress and even facilitating neurodivergent regulation. Areas that I have studied and worked in for over 30 plus years. My CV is available upon request.

Sound healing can support end-of-life care. And offer gentle support where medication alone or conversation-based approaches may not fully meet a person’s needs.

My invaluable knowledge and experience gained over the last 30 years plus along with the Sound Healing Practitioner training with the College of Sound Healing underpins my constantly evolving and developing evidence-informed, collaborative and person-centred practice.

Choose wisely. Know your therapist do your due diligence. Also note qualifications & accreditation don't always make a good practitioner so check out their reviews/ recommendations too.
