JR Sports Therapy & Pilates is a allied health clinic located near to the centre of Wigan. We are Graduate Sports Therapists that have undergone expert training & learning, studying for a minimum of three year at University. Our Pilates learning & training has been with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) specifically designed for Therapists who treat & work with a clinical population both on a 1:1 basis & small group classes.

This pretty much sums life up at the moment ๐Ÿคฃ

Thank you to everyone who keeps asking how I am! Some days are good but some days are horrid, fatigue, pain, brain fog all whilst trying to run a business.

I am now being transferred to Saint Maryโ€™s in Manchester for my surgery ๐Ÿ™.

Which in all honesty I am so so grateful for!

I have taken my online booking system off, so I am able to mange my diary on a weekly basis/ daily basis.

When Iโ€™ve looked back Iโ€™ve realised I havenโ€™t even added a March banner in ๐Ÿ™ˆ.

Iโ€™m really rubbish at the moment with posting.

Life at the moment is consumed by pain, daily tens machine, inability to even put my pants on as the pain in my pelvis is so sore (need a litter picker to help ๐Ÿคฃ) & just trying to live a bit of a normal life.

But the positives are extra long weekend for Easter & brighter nights ๐Ÿ’ซ

Today was my last day in the studio for 2025, now its time to get ready to go & have an Aussie Christmas in the sun ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿฆ˜๐Ÿจ โ˜€๏ธ.

Thank you to each & everyone of you that has supported my business & been through the doors of the studio this year ๐Ÿ’ซ

It certainly has been a year of growth & working towards what really aligns with me.
