Good morning beautiful souls β¨οΈ π β¨οΈ
I am at my happiest when I am conscious of my breath. We can go through life being busy, while our body is working for us behind the scenes. Which is all good because how would we get things βοΈ.
π¨When we take time to just be with our breath, it's an act of mindfulness to distract the mind from the what-ifs and why me etc.
πMy breath has helped me through so much physical and emotional healing.
