Dear Patients,

You may have been recently asked to complete a home blood pressure diary by your Doctor or Nurse and have loaned a BP monitor from us.

We have loaned out all 10 machines recently and 0 have been returned to practice. Please could we ask that all patients who have been asked to complete a BP diary could kindly check homes /cars for the machine, as we understand at times these may have been forgotten about or misplaced. Returning the devices promptly, allows other patients to use who do not own a bp monitor or are not be in a position to purchase one.
