Let me tell you about... Chair Yoga.
A slightly different class, chair yoga gives you a chance to enjoy your practice without the need to get up and down off a mat.
Great for those with limited mobility, and for those looking for something a little different. We will still move mindfully, stretch and build strength, take time to engage with the breath, and of course, relax.
Because yoga isn't about how flexible you are or how many poses you can do. It's about meeting yourself with compassion, finding strength and ease in your own body, exactly as it is.
Chair yoga happens every Tuesday at 11am. All welcome.
