Just a quick note to let everyone know that our Redruth, Truro, and Hayle Meet Ups will not be running next Monday due to the bank holiday. Please also note that the Truro group will not be running the following Monday either.

If you usually join us on a Monday, we hope you can use this time to rest, recharge, and enjoy a quiet pocket of peace in your day. Whether you are spending it with a good book, taking a walk in nature, or simply enjoying your own company, remember that honouring your need for downtime is a beautiful act of self-care.

A huge well done to the marvellous volunteer team who organised and facilitated this, what a triumph!

I felt very honoured to be a part of it in a small supporting role.

It was also wonderful to be able to briefly include a very dear friend and associate from Loughborough who has been with the Scarf since the beginning and who quietly connects people as part of another project.

It fills me with joy to be a part of a vast, interconnected network of people working together all over the world to create a better way of living for everyone. 💜

Introducing some of our lovely Hayle volunteers and Quieteers!

Huge thanks to Clare for hosting last week’s Magic is in the Quiet Spaces pop up! Not only was it a joyous creative morning, but it was also an opportunity for some of our Hayle group to meet ahead of the Hayle Weekly Meet Ups starting on Monday.

Join us at the Annex at Hayle Day Care Centre on Mondays from 1pm to 3pm and meet some of this lovely bunch!

LEAP OF FAITH

Conversations with people who have stepped out into the unknown when situations became intolerable.

Conversations about daring to trust ourselves and our own instincts instead of confusing ourselves with conflicting advice from others.

Conversations about being willing to take risks and have faith that we'll be able to handle any consequences, however uncomfortable.

Conversations about knowing ourselves, recognising our own needs and values and honouring those, whilst respecting the different needs of others.
