Hey everyone! 👋
It’s been a while since I posted here, so I wanted to pop in and reintroduce myself!

I’ve been a Sports Massage Therapist for the last 3 years and recently qualified as a Physiotherapist🎓! I’ve taken some time to focus developing my skills, and now I’m back and ready to get stuck in again by offering my mobile sports massage service!

Just a quick reminder – sports massage isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who’s feeling tight, sore, stiff, or just wanting to move and feel better in yourself! Whatever the reason I’d love to help!🫶🏻

❤️‍🔥🏁Highlights from the TT 2025🏁❤️‍🔥

This year I had the amazing opportunity to join the TT therapy team for two weeks on the Isle of Man 🇮🇲
Not only was this an incredible learning experience to up-skill my techniques but also being part of something recognised worldwide!🤩

🏍️Manx Grand Prix 2024🏍️

What an amazing experience I had whilst being away in the Isle of Man for just short of two weeks!🇮🇲

My skills have enhanced massively as well as my confidence within myself. Being in a sporting environment enabled me to learn how to treat specific things only those riding motorbikes can relate to!

Kinesiology taping was a huge part of our treatment to help provide support, proprioception and even “flush out” swelling! In addition I was able to treat individuals by providing mobilisations and even had the opportunity to give ultrasound treatment!

Now that I am back and rested after my time away, I am ready to take appointments again💌

✨EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT✨

I am on route to the Isle of Man to provide sports massage to the motorbike racers competing in the Manx Grand Prix! For obvious reasons I will not be able to make any appointments for the next 10 days until I am back on the 25th August.

Muscle energy techniques are commonly used in treatment sessions to provide a really good stretch to certain muscles 💪🏻

Trigger points are very common and will often be discovered during a sports massage especially if the muscles are under strain and pressure quite frequently!

They are treated by applying downward pressure to the area until pain subsides- those who have experienced a trigger point will know the pain💪🏻🎯
