Wigton Baths Trust are celebrating 125 YEARS – how amazing is that!! 🎉👏

Swimming is such a powerful way to support both physical and mental health 💙 It improves fitness, builds strength, is kind to the joints, and can really help reduce stress, boost mood, and improve overall wellbeing.

One of our founders, Emma, is a qualified swim coach who lived in South Africa, where she coached swimming in the townships of Port Elizabeth. Her experience really highlights that swimming is a life skill, not just a sport – and it’s never too late to learn 🌊

We’ll be down next week at Wigton Baths Trust to buy our duck 🦆 and celebrate this incredible milestone.
