Our clinic on Wigton high street keeps people healthy and happy thanks to all of the fantastic practitioners who rent rooms here 💚

But every now and again it needs a bit of treatment itself! While we were closed on Sunday we took the opportunity to give the clinic some TLC to make sure it stays as the oasis of calm that you all love so much 🪴

Thanks to D.Paisleys Butchers for the sausage rolls to keep us fuelled, and Saundersons Mica Hardware for being open on a Sunday for all the bits we need 🥧 🔨

Wigton Baths Trust are celebrating 125 YEARS – how amazing is that!! 🎉👏

Swimming is such a powerful way to support both physical and mental health 💙 It improves fitness, builds strength, is kind to the joints, and can really help reduce stress, boost mood, and improve overall wellbeing.

One of our founders, Emma, is a qualified swim coach who lived in South Africa, where she coached swimming in the townships of Port Elizabeth. Her experience really highlights that swimming is a life skill, not just a sport – and it’s never too late to learn 🌊

We’ll be down next week at Wigton Baths Trust to buy our duck 🦆 and celebrate this incredible milestone.
