As a sports massage therapist, I often see tight calves and sore knees that often stem from weak or neglected feet. Your feet absorb impact, provide balance, and drive movement, yet they’re one of the most overlooked areas in training.
Incorporating some simple foot strengthening exercises can improve stability, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance. Try doing some of the exercises below to develop toe control, improve arch activation and balance work.
